To our dear patients,
I was recently on the phone with a relative discussing a medical issue when they commented, “everyone needs a doctor in the family!” And it’s true. Our patients know that the personal attention and care they receive with the practitioners in our office is what makes us unique. Yet when the office closes, unnecessary urgent care and emergency room visits increase dramatically. These visits are time consuming, costly and often avoidable. The main issue is that the doctors there don’t know you personally and don’t have access to your medical history. Studies have repeatedly shown that continuity of care is directly related to quality of care and patient satisfaction.
In that vein (pun intended), we are pleased to announce our new program, A Doctor In The Family. This initiative offers direct access to our providers 24/7. Please note, A Doctor In The Family is voluntary, and requires a paid membership. It is not mandatory. We are initially offering this service to a limited number of patients with the possibility of future expansion.
